Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when fees paid to Prodegy Labs Private Limited may be refunded for Core Prodegy Vault, Family Vault, Credentials Vault, and Legal Vault, including when you purchase more than one module or workspace. It supplements our Terms of Service (which define the Services) and Pricing. If there is a conflict, the Terms of Service control unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Products and modules in scope

This policy applies to fees for all of the following, when sold or renewed by ProdegyVault through authorized billing channels:

• Core Prodegy Vault — the primary ProdegyVault platform (web, mobile, APIs). Overview · Launch Vault
• Family Vault — family and estate vault module. Family Vault
• Credentials Vault — credentials-focused vault module. Credentials Vault
• Legal Vault — legal practice vault module. Legal Vault

Each module may be invoiced or charged separately. Module-specific pricing or trial terms shown at checkout or on the module pages apply in addition to this policy.

1. Who this policy applies to

This policy applies to customers who purchase paid plans, seats, storage, or add-ons for any of the Services listed above, directly from ProdegyVault through our authorized billing channels (including self-serve checkout or an order form).

2. Subscription charges

Paid subscriptions are generally billed in advance for each billing period. Unless stated otherwise at checkout or in an order form, fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started, except where required by law or where we explicitly offer a money-back guarantee for a stated window.

3. Eligibility for refunds

We may issue a refund where:

• You were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge or incorrect invoice amount).
• A technical issue on our side prevented you from accessing paid functionality of the module you were billed for (Core Prodegy Vault, Family Vault, Credentials Vault, or Legal Vault) for a material portion of the billing period, and our support team could not restore access within a reasonable time.
• Applicable law or payment network rules require a refund.

4. Non-refundable items

Unless required by law, the following are typically not refundable:

• Fees for periods where the service was available and used.
• Third-party pass-through costs (for example, SMS, marketplace, or payment processing fees) once incurred.
• Professional services, onboarding, or custom work after delivery or after a mutually agreed start date.

5. How to request a refund

Email support@prodegyvault.com from your registered account email. Include: (1) which module the charge relates to—Core Prodegy Vault, Family Vault, Credentials Vault, or Legal Vault; (2) workspace or organization name; (3) invoice or transaction reference; and (4) a short description of the issue. We may ask for additional information to verify ownership and prevent fraud.

6. Processing time

Approved refunds are typically initiated within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the credit to appear on your statement.

7. Changes

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top will change when we do. Material changes may also be announced by email or in-product notice where appropriate.
