Cancel Core Prodegy Vault, Family Vault, Credentials Vault, or Legal Vault

This Cancellation Policy describes how you can cancel paid access to Core Prodegy Vault, Family Vault, Credentials Vault, or Legal Vault, and what happens to your account and data when you do—including when you use more than one module. It supplements our Terms of Service (which define the Services) and Privacy Policy.

Products and modules in scope

Cancellation rules in this policy apply to each of the following, unless a signed order form states otherwise:

Canceling one module does not automatically cancel another; you may have separate subscriptions or workspaces per module.

1. How to cancel

If your plan supports self-service cancellation, use your account billing or subscription settings inside the product and select the subscription or workspace for the module you wish to cancel (Core Prodegy Vault, Family Vault, Credentials Vault, or Legal Vault).

If you do not see a cancellation option, email support@prodegyvault.com from your registered account email and clearly state: (1) which module you want to cancel; (2) workspace or organization name; and (3) the billing email or subscription ID if you have it.

2. When cancellation takes effect

Unless your order form says otherwise, cancellation typically takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date, subject to compliance with the Terms of Service.

3. Data export

Before you cancel, export any secrets, documents, or records you need from the module you are closing (Core Prodegy Vault, Family Vault, Credentials Vault, or Legal Vault). After cancellation, access to that workspace may be removed according to your plan’s data retention settings and the Terms of Service.

4. Data retention and deletion

We retain certain records where required for security, fraud prevention, audit, or legal compliance. For more detail on categories of data and retention periods, see our Privacy Policy.

5. Reactivation

You may be able to reactivate a subscription later, subject to product availability and current pricing. Reactivation is not guaranteed for discontinued plans or promotional pricing.

6. Changes

We may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top will change when we do.
